NG UPDATE

Hello

I am trying to install the latest NG version.  When I access my account and manage purchases I do not see any link to the NG versions, I only view what I have already purchased and installed.  Please advise

No NG is not in the product title

The only reference to NG  is in the title on the product page but not in Manage purchases

Yes I had read the release notes but as I had received an e-mail today detailing the update process I had assumed that the new installers were ready for existing customers

Hi Clive,

 

The new installers are ready. Just download your files again and you will note ‘NG’ appears in each file name.
