to all our eligible members (to be eligible a registration on our forums prior to Christmas eve 2016 is required)

to collect your free Blue Marble Standard copy with 2 years live update and support (Next Generation is not part of the free promotion)

place your Blue Marble in your cart and check out,

 

IMPORTANT!!!

during checkout make sure you select "Credit Card" Checkout

your order may not go through as expected if default "Press Order" is selected instead,

fill in your information to complete your registration; you will not be charged!!! (make sure you use the same email used to register on our forums)

you can use a new user name and password or your current forums username to complete your new registration in our shop (separate from forums),

 

when completed your new title should appear in your customer area with support tab visible,

click on sub menu under "manage purchases" under main shop tab where you will see your new title listed,

click on manage to view your personal information and activate your copy,

did you click apply coupon and your cart wasn't put to 0.00?

Hi Chris,

 

unfortunately I got charged too :| 

 

I followed your description above, but you did not excplicitly mention the coupon code which is also not highlighted the screenshot and so I missed that point.

 

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I hope it is possible to refund the transaction.

 

Please add a sentence about the coupon code as it is easily overlooked.

sorry for the inconvenience there, yes i refunded your transaction and this removes your current product associated with it,

hold off for few hours, you're registration was not deleted! log in to shop add to cart and check out as explained above (if we didn't already fixed this default checkout)

Edit, I get this message with the coupon when I hit apply... You are not allowed to use this coupon.

the script that queries for eligibility seem to missed few members, we are working on fixing this as our first priority now!

alright gents we got the green light, all issues been solved,

go ahead activate, use coupon, all should work now as expected (fingers crossed)

 

anyone who placed his Blue Marble order previously and failed please place your order again!

 

i have deleted your previous failed attempt and the system is ready to accept a new coupon invitation for your account,

i hope all is well from here on, please report successful attempt so i can relax a bit

Chris, Thought I might try it again, but get "You cannot use that coupon for this purchase" after selecting blue for prepared during my initial shop registration.

when you checked out your cart; did you select new customer account or existing? (we want new customer)

after you enter Blue in the coupon area... did you apply coupon?

 

please try again, i cleared your previous requests!

Yes, new customer, made sure cc was selected (now the default), tried to apply coupon, no joy. Trying again.

Same error, Cannot use that coupon for this purchase. I even tried clearing the browser cache and using IE once as well as Chrome. Oh well, I can go without Blue for now.

you should keep the default 2 years as thats included!

we traced the issue, apparently over 70 customers had the same problem the past 48h!!!

we just didn't realize this whole time its builtin spam service in our IPS framework,
i personally tested your account, you should be good to go from here,

you know what to do, only this time i promise you will complete! :)

applying the coupon will check you out! do not press "place order and pay" at the bottom!
press apply coupon and that action should check you out with no charge!


do not load coupon code from cache, write it out manually! then hit apply coupon,

for me if i cache out coupon code apply remain gray out and doesn't do anything unless i write it manually again!!!
(don't forget to sign in as a new member not existing one!!!)
