vEarth line will first focus on covering North America in its entirety,

the main issue with ASIA regions is PR availability atm,
once we can get our hands on a good PR we can basically extrapolate every object that we see on it,
our technology is detection based due to lack of data in many areas we detect most feature from the actual imagery,
so we dont even need much of the vector data; just a stable PR source we can work on detecting features from,

if you come across a stable source please pm me so we can look into it :)

Looking better, but...constructive criticism alert 😛

1. Bridges aren't all exactly aligned (and one is missing)

2. There are trees visible on the base imagery which still don't have autogen representing them

Hi Kevin :)

we will be looking for beta testers very soon; hang in there... you'll get your say :P

joking side bridges are aligned as we use vector data with bridges; whats not is the angle of the PR image itself was taken,

tree density wasn't all the way up,  also view point is high looking  almost straight down is not the way to judge tree density,

from top down view you are looking at the image below; if you're more horizontal at lower alt trees fills up perfectly ;)

You know I love you Chris, anything I say is just to push you to make it better 😛

Will it have seasonal textures?

Looks pretty amazing!! just one question... Is it technically possible to change the speed of the cars? they have the same speed on residential roads and highways 😉

Thank you guys :x

yes, it is possible to change car speed, in the video we left it at default,

i believe there is some considerations for small street speeds, but not specifically per class atm,
we have suggested few improvement to road traffic controls not too long ago,

we know its hard to tell how detailed vEarth is from the video above our object are so seamless over the image,

this way you can see all the object now, same are live in the video above only here shown naked without textures,

(that's our lab dev environment not final product shown!)

with our new technology we can certainly render any state though our initial scope for the project is NA full coverage atm,
we will soon release our free demo which is whats shown mainly throughout this thread as we progress,

worldwide might come later on atm its too big of a commitment for us, every state will be updated every other year with new imagery!
4 season, nights, every object is detected off the imagery itself so every building will pop,
same goes with vegetation detected of the imagery and cross referenced with exiting db for size type and age,
everything you currently see 2D will be 3D in form of an object, in the video few posts back its so seamless as we detect and match roof colors as well its hard to tell every object is 3D in the scenery, once the demo will be out everyone will be able to see this in person and there will be very little to think about beside... do i have space :D

just heads up everyone,

we have a slight delay atm with publishing vEarth which we hope will end any day now,

the reason is due to one of our third party data partner who has internal delays delivering the data (which we ordered last year!!!),

on our end we are ready to go as soon as out data arrives,
