Hello, I purchased 3 items today and added the current voucher code from the store, payment went through (as I checked my bank statement) but I have no emails or products on my personal "manage purchases"


What happen and can we sorted out please

our records indicate your transaction failed processing!
you should be able to open support ticket from your shop account or by clicking support tab at the top of this page,
we will need personal information exchanged, i will ask that you open a private PM here with me or start support ticket in shop to resolve current issue,
