Product specific forums?

Hey Chris,

I'm unable to get into the product specific forums for customers. They seem to have vanished. Any way to gain access to those areas once again?

nothing vanished, if you are having an issue it must be something on your end!
please post a visual so we can get an idea on what you see over there atm,

we seen this randomly happens before,
our online services director been notified,

this will be sorted out shortly,

i don't believe so Robert, 
i was told by our online services director that it is your expired subscription that's currently limiting access to product support forums,
i cant recall the exact logic we programmed it is being investigated! i believe forums access should have retained once support expires,

Okay. I don't have any pressing issues with BM or anything; just more wanting to do some tweaking and research. I'll check back later.

Chris,

 

I have some saved links from the installation of BM, which are located in the support forums (why you don't just include that info in the manual is anyone's best guess :D). Trying to open them gives me this error (attached image). Maybe this can help solve the issue I'm having.

this is indicating you have no permission to access the area which you should, 
the link you are referring to could have been posted after our manual was initially published,
we dont usually place link in manual since these can become obsolete, move, or get deleted,
 

until we sort this issue out if you need assist with any technical issue feel free to PM me :)

The link I had saved was from September 25, 2019.

 

I'm just playing around with some new settings in BMM, installing the updated extended package, etc. Like I said, no issues (yet!) But if I do run into something I'll definitely PM you. Thanks, Chris.
