How to purchase support renewal

Hi Chris,

I'm trying to find how I can purchase support for Black Marble Base, but I can't find an option to do so under my 'manage purchases'. Can you let me know how I do this?

Hi Chris,

Thanks as always for the fast response. I don't get a Pay Now option under the Base NG product support manage page, or the Base NG page. It simply states that support has expired and there is no option to renew. (ie. no blue banner saying there is a pending renewal invoice)

Yes - cancelled the automatic credit card deductions. Is that the problem? How can I now re-purchase?

yes, that causes some issues, we will add some flexibility there moving forward,

atm when you cancel renewal the option is removed completely afterwards,

Ok. That definitely causes some issues ? I uninstalled v1.2.0 and now can't download v1.3.0 or reinstall v1.2.0........ Any work around or am I out of luck here?

its not an issue when you manually canceled your support!

I know I needed a current support subscription to access support - I just couldn't find out how to do it. I see you emailed a link to do that now, so thanks for that.
