invoice expired

good evening,

i've done a payment with 10$ first,i was i about to pay the other money but says that the invoice is expired.

what should i do?

i also didn't received back the 10$

Welcome to our forums Tarek :)
they do expire when not used after certain amount of time,
if you were shopping lets say last week and added few items to cart but didn't check out yet,
our system still keeps track of your cart for you by default it has an expiration time as well,
you can see these expired invoices later under Orders tab

in any event you feel there's any discrepancy with ordering or invoicing, use support tab from here at the top or from the item management page in shop,

this is a public area of our support forums you should never post personal information here regarding orders or any private information,

got you now :)
i don't think you will be able too reopen once it expired,
our system usually sends notification prior to invoice expiring,
beyond that time period the invoice will void with any promotion it reflected at the time,
(its either two weeks or a month before they expire)

if you are referring to the $10 gift we sent our customers, that is applied automatically during checkout,
other than that you didn't purchase anything the past two years from our shop as explained to you on your support ticket!
which i suggest you should respond too if you wish to discuss personal financing,

(note when support responds back the system automatically closes tickets unless the customer responds back the ticket remains closed, respond to the ticket again and it will change to open)
