    we can help with custom setting the two by default you can run NE over BMNG that should block BMNG texture native! you can also keep NE splash textures on and mix lights from NE with BMNG lights, try to play with setting now before we intervene externally i think you can find a nice balance, if not let me know we will compile a special exclude for you,

    I already purchased BMNG but it doesn’t works over my Italy photoreal scenery for this reason, thanks 59 today's discounts, I bought Italy night environment. I would like to know if I can exclude BMNG to load over Italy in order to do not load unnecessary thing that will be not even shown....

    can you be more specific as for what you are trying to achieve? there is no way currently to isolate a specific area on the globe through BMM, you can create an exclude to exclude BMNG in a given area but its not a builtin function you can use through BMNG GUI, are you asking with regard to Night Environment or Black Marble lines?
